The Big Picture program may be a good fit for you if you: 

Thrive in a smaller setting

Big Picture offers a smaller setting than a larger, traditional high school. Some students thrive in smaller classes and with more adult engagement. The entire program is limited to 110 students.

Are a self-directed learner

With student interests at the heart of the school, Big Picture students will have the opportunity to design learning experiences with their teachers to learn about what excites and interests them.

Want hands-on, real-world experiences

Our schedule will designate specific days each week as Learning Through Interests/Internship days, spent off campus either in-person at a job site or other remote location. The purpose is not for the student to function as an employee, but rather to develop a relationship with a mentoring adult professional and tackle a real-world project to deepen learning and help students discover their professional interests.
