Students must arrive at 3:45 for Photos and Final Rehearsal  Please remember to eat something before you arrive. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking.

Balloons, noisemakers, air horns etc., and confetti poppers/canons are NOT allowed at the Rosehill Community Center.

Schedule for Graduation:

Grad pictures will be taken twice:

1. With a backdrop
2. While receiving the diploma

You will receive these digitally for free.

Parking: There are 120 parking spots and on the street.

Tickets are NOT needed. Entrance will be first-come, first-served. A line will form if arrival is before 30 minutes prior.

Caps, Gowns and Stoles – Free to borrow and return to ACES. Tassels will need to be purchased when they arrive in May, they are approximately $15 and can be bought from Liz in the office.

OR you may purchase everything through Jostens.

If you only want to purchase a cap and tassel, you may buy them from Liz in the office for approximatley $25.

You may decorate your cap if you would like to.

Borrowed Caps: If you borrow a cap, when you decorate you need to do it on an attachment so it can be removed when finished.

Purchased Caps: If you purchase your cap, you may decorate directly on the cap.

All decorations must be school appropriate. There are some great ideas on Instagram or Pinterest.

Hang your gown a few days prior to graduation to let the wrinkles fall out. If needed, you can use a COOL iron to press them, do NOT use a hot iron on this material, it will melt.

Class of 2026 Gear: Announcements, class rings, hoodies, other gear, etc. can be ordered through Jostens.

Optionally, if would like to make your own announcements and have them printed Canva, Walmart, Rite Aid, Vista Print and Shutterfly are great places to order from.
